How it works - 4 Simple Steps

  • Contact & Perform Site Visit

    You may have received contact from us, if so, the next step will be to respond so we can pencil in a no fee, no obligation, site visit. After the site visit, we will go away and perform further due diligence with our planning and architect specialists to fully assess your land. If you haven't received contact from us but would like a land assessment please use the contact us form below.

  • Offer & Sign

    If we see there is potential to unlock value from your land we make you an offer on the land and sign an option agreement together.

    Costs covered by Cripps Land Limited

  • Secure Planning

    Cripps Land Limited will submit a planning application within 12 weeks of signing of the option agreement.

  • Sucessful Planning Gain

    We secure planning and agreement from developer / builder to purchase - our landowner (you) gets paid!
